By ordering from Bon Centuri AB (here after also called ”Bon Centuri” or ”we”, ”our”, ”us”) and by using this website you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions form a contract between you and Bon Centuri AB, Swedish company registration number 559137-4144, Valhallavägen 55, 114 22 Stockholm, Sweden. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Bon Centuri can at any time make changes in these terms and conditions. If so, the changes will be published and they will become valid from the date of publishing. Bon Centuri is not responsible for any misprints.
Prices
All prices shown on boncenturi.com are including VAT (where applicable) and in accordance with applicable law. Extra charges that are out of our control, e.g. taxes and custom fees, may be added to deliveries outside of the EU. It is your responsibility as customer to look into what rules applies to your country. You will also be responsible for payment of such taxes and customs fees. Freight costs will be added to the price If not stated otherwise.
Payment Methods
You are able to pay with credit card or debit card. The accepted payment cards are VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All card payments are processed by external payment provider Stripe. You are also able to pay using Paypal, Klarna (in Sweden) or Sofort (in Germany). Bon Centuri does not store any credit card or debit card information.
Orders and Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. It is also your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is complete and correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service before placing a new order. Email to our customer service on support@boncenturi.com.
Orders maid in another persons’ name without the persons’ consent will be reported to the authorities.
Return policy
All private consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from the day of receiving the goods, provided that the goods are in its’ original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered; meaning that they are in unused, original condition. Bon Centuri does not accept returns after this 30 day period. To exercise your right you first have to contact Bon Centuri customer service at support@boncenturi.com. You as a customer will have to pay for the return freight and is also responsible for the delivery to Bon Centuri. We therefore recommend you to send the package with a tracking option.
Warranty
Each new knife from Bon Centuri is covered with a 5 year warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing errors. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by incorrect use of the knife, lack of care, negligence or accidents. The warranty does not cover wood products, such as wooden knife handles, as wood is a living material. Make sure you contact the Bon Centuri customer service as soon as a manufacturing error has been discovered. When contacting the customer service, please specify your name, address, order number, knife number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. We also need a photo clearly showing the stated defect. Bon Centuri will repair or replace knives that we find defective. The warranty only applies to Bon Centuri knives purchased directly from Bon Centuri. Second hand knives are not covered by our warranty.
Delivery and shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of order confirmation, however this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse, public holidays and/or other factors. All deliveries are made in cooperation with third party providers and/or local postal services. Shipping delivery times vary depending on shipping method and delivery adress. We offer two shipping options; Express delivery with tracking and normal delivery without tracking.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights on this website (including, without limitation, the trade marks of Bon Centuri, graphics, text, designs, and logos) are owned by Bon Centuri. Any use of the website or its content, including copying or storing of the content in part or in whole, is prohibited without permission of Bon Centuri.
User Generated Content
Bon Centuri does not claim any ownership rights to, and does not take any legal responsibility for, any user-generated content that may be published via social media applications on www.boncenturi.com.
Force Majeure
Bon Centuri is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
Governing Law
These terms of use are complied in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent Bon Centuri purchase, we happily accept returns and refund on the item, provided that it is in unused, original condition, and the return is done within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it in. Returned items must not be used, or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- Contact support@boncenturi.com and we will happily assist you. Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the item back to us.
